We have a 03-day return policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Our products are created with utmost care and attention, keeping the environment in mind. We have strict quality control measures in place to avoid product defects. All orders also go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: ‘returns’ immediately and not later than 3 days of receiving the order to initiate the return/exchange process. Unevenness in colour & texture of print etc are not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes of handmade products.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your concerns regarding the return and exchange are prima facie found to be acceptable, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return and exchange was approved or not. If approved we will issue a store credit of the value of your returned order valid for three months. The cost of any return shipping however is to be borne by the customer and the store credit issued will be after deducting this.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as masks, open beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and no exchange and refund on discounted items.
Refunds: We do not normally offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
